Tommy, He build the house himself and did not put in a cleanout like you would think. There IS a septic tank (buried) but no C/O. My easiest solution is to just dump at a campground a mile away. Thanks for giving this some thought.....

All depending on how much you visit your dad it wouldn't be that hard to locate where the pipe comes through the wall of the house and install a clean out... Before I would unhook my camper from shore power hook up to my truck and drag it down the road to dump my tanks, I would do what Matherne said a few posts back and clean the bathroom... Who knows your dad might even appreciate it... IMHO as an old Marine I have cleaned many a bathroom (head)...

If its a remote site, dump it down a drain by the road side. It will all seep and be gone in a day or two.

NO...dumb option , hope you do not want to drink the well water after that, plus it is illegal.

Sounds like he's in a remote location ( 4 miles of dirt road to travel to his house) and I don't think 35 gal of black water will contaminate a well unless you dump it directly in a well. We're not talking a Keystone pipeline here.

This is not as uncommon as most would think. Older homes or areas where building codes are lax or non existent it is very common. My septic is buried and has no clean out exposed. I live in a very rural area and for most things there are no permits and very little in the way of inspections.

All of our wildlife in Nova Scotia wear pampers. For those that don't we send next door. That's a joke.

Come on now, a little poop in the woods ain't gonna hurt much.
