The wires will run from the 7 pin plug to a junction box near the back of the pin box and tie in with the breakaway switch. They will then run down the street (drivers) side of the main frame to the brakes on that side, then thru the axle tube to the curb side brakes. Many times, intermittent problems happen when the wires chafe inside the axle tube, in that case, new wiring can be run on the outside with tie-wraps to hold them in place. The other intermittent area is the wiring inside one of the brake assemblies, since the magnet moves back and forth and the white wires may chafe against the shoes or return springs. Corroded contacts and/or wire connectors is another problem, but generally associated with weak brakes or zero brakes.
