Cable TV?

Our Elevation toy hauler came with two TV's and we've been having fun watching the mixed bag of offerings from the OTA antenna. The RV park where we are staying this weekend has cable and I wanted to give it a try. I connected the coax to the pedestal, but the TV's don't recognize any signal. There are two coax jacks behind the TV's. I assume one is for satellite. Shouldn't the OTA antenna and the cable use the same jack? Not sure what I'm missing.

You should have an amplifier in one of your cabinets close to either TV. It will have a button to push as well as a cigarette lighter port, a coaxial plug and a led light. You need to push the button to switch from roof Antena to cable

Jackpot. That did the trick. Thank you very much.
