I noticed the carpet starting to tear near the sofa on our Cruiser. We have had a similar issue in the past with this same item, the Lifestyle Lounge sofa. Today I called CR and asked for Randy Mischler. I left a message and he promptly called back. We went over the problem as he looked at my file which included pictures taken by ExploreUSA during the first repair. Randy suggested a fix that I will pass along to ExUSA.

I asked Randy about converting over to 16" wheels and tires. Randy said it should not be a problem as some models have 16's as a standard and an option on others such as the 2011 model of ours. Randy said his rule is as long as there is a fist's space between te top of the tire and the bottom of the RV you should be fine.

Good advise and lots of patience from Randy.

16 inch tires and alloy rims were standard on my rig.
