There's bound to be Youtube videos and it's fairly simple mechanics if you are flexible enough to get in there. I think the main concerns are good water and gas connections, and good pictures so you know how everything goes back. Oh, and something that someone with the right tools to hand and who has done a hundred of them, does in 15 minutes will take you 2 hours (not counting trips to the store.) Then again, someone who has done a hundred of them for a small paycheck may not be as interested in the final product as you are. Short answer: Yes, if you want to.
