Last weekend I removed the old sealant and replaced it with some tub and tile caulking. Then took the trailer to the beach for a few days. I noticed the caulking had cracked and after taking a shower there was still some leakage (very little but some anyway). Is there one better than the others to use as I know it would have to be a little flexible.

thanks
george

Right after we bought our trailer I cleaned all the areas in the shower I wanted to caulk with rubbing alcohol and caulked with clear silicon. It is still in there today and looks fine.

I did the same as Hunter, except I used the white silicone. Still in good shape.

The new generation of premium silicone GE caulking is pretty tough. Remove all the old stuff and clean area with alcohol or paint thinner.
