chairs

we just bought a brand new cross roads crusader at the end of march, we love the trailer, BUT the chairs that go with the table are falling apart, has any one else run into this? after camping this last weekend, went to lay the chairs down to bring in the front slides and saw the front leg of one chair was barely hanging on. no , no one heavy sat in the chair, my 8 yr old girl used it. if any one is having problems, did you get it solved or just buy different ones? its a 362FL rv, 40 ft. beautiful RV.

Picking up our new Cruiser on the 9th. Had a previous new Cruiser in 2010 with no issues on that one. Is it just the legs need wood glue . Picture would help.

Yea it looks like the ones on ours. I would call for warranty and explain how it just broke and wasn't abused. Hopefully after seeing pictures they will take care of it. Any other issues with the unit so far?

chairs

nothing major, the day we picked it up, motor was bad in one of the front slides, so we camped with one side closed, lol . several decals are trying to peel. one was replaced already. no problems getting dealer to fix things. we have been camping 3 weekends since we bought it. pulls great. very nice trailer, on our side, we are getting used to the self leveling, that is new to us. but no, this is the RV we have always wanted. with the front living, its so nice and the table and chairs are up there too. so the kitchen is just that, you cook, serve , but eat upstairs as we call it, we went from a 30 ft to a 40 ft now, that too is a little different. but i highly recommend this RV. it will probably be the last one we buy, due to when its paid off, it will be time to downsize. we plan on getting many years of enjoyment out of it. so are you getting a front living RV?

I would say the chair is a warranty issue for sure...

Why do you lay the chairs down and where do you lay the chairs down? Have a Cruiser for 3 years now and never had to lay the chairs down to bring in the slide. That concerns me. Are you sure the table or part of the slide didn't catch the chair and break it??
