We have a Sunset Trail Reserve. I was cleaning it up today and I noticed the top of the front cap was getting some oxidation. Any suggestions on what product to use to clean it up and protect it?

Might have to google this one. I use a wax formulated for high gloss fiberglass on my camper, found it in the boat section of our local fleet store, works pretty good for me. Be interested to hear what other people are using as well....

Wax on oxidation just won't remove it by itself. I use Simoniz polishing compound. It has enough grit to clean the surface without damaging it. Test a small area first to ensure you get the preferred result.

You will be shocked at how well it works.

Don't use their rubbing compound as it has more grit and can damage your surface if not careful. Unless of course the surface is really bad, then it can also help.

I use a professional polish made by 3D. It flat works. I use a porter cable buffer and velcro pads. I have used it to make some older rigs look pretty good. I found their website but have been unable to find the actual product on their site.<h3 ="r">3D Car Care - Car Wash, Car Wax, Auto Detailing supplies, Car ...</h3>
