Wow..This warranty question was on my mind too! I also felt the hard sell for extending the warranty for 5 years, but felt the time period was too short. The dealer then offered a 7 year warranty for the same price. I bought it even though I would normally say "NO". My Crossroads Reserze has two sides, motorized awning(my old trailer did not) besides the appliances and A/C. Also the RV dealer labor rates are sky high, and will probably rise over the next 7 years. I did not go for the outside wax or inside scotchguard like many of the other comments.
