Don't see why you couldn't. Two chairs should be no different than a couch with two persons on it.

We took the couch out of our 05 28R cruiser and replaced it with two lazyboy recliners. Only two to sleep but can feed a few more. The best thing we have every done.

I removed the factory sofa from the slide-out and replaced it with the two factory recliners/ottomans. I then built a sofa across the back of the unit to get a true 6 ft long sofa with storage below and beside the sofa. Now the new sofa can only sleep one, but there is nothing to open or close at night.

Our couch was a fold out sleeper Took the back off and was easy to remove from the trailer. Right now it is in my living room waiting to be put back in if we get a new RV. did not see your question until to day as have not been back on line

We replaced the awful factory furniture with three La Z Boy pieces. We bought two matching recliner chairs and a matching reclining loveseat. It is like being in an entirely different RV! The factory pieces were screwed into the floor of the slideout They were more cumbersome than difficult to remove.
