CR RV Service Changes

Am in the middle of Slide Repairs at CR RV.
Talked w/ Angie Cox on Fri about picking up our trailer.
Today was informed Angie Cox & "Terry" are no longer w/ CR RV.
A "Michael Antal" customer service would be assisting me w/ our trailer.
"Michael" said he & two other "guys" would help as needed.

Go figure on Terry. I tried dealing with him for over years. All on warranty work for a water.leak they couldn't fix. He NEVER returned calls. And I felt he kept avoiding my call. And e mails went unreturned as well...

My slide failed due to improper installation and then my front cap faded because the paint used was substandard. Angie had them repaired even though the one year warranty had passed. So, I'm not sure her departure is a good thing.

Just a quick response on Terry,

We had quite a different experience. He took care of our warranty repair last year. He patiently walked us through everything to make sure we were satisfied.

Perhaps some changes for the better. I think if everything is not working as it should be then perhaps, a shakeup once in a while is not always a bad thing. I have always had the pleasure of working with Tom Moore, Andi and Randy, and have been happy with the results. If Swede gets everything accomplished as he wants, then perhaps the changes are for the better.

Mike Antal helped us with getting a new counter top for are bedroom. He was fairly prompt on answering my emails and returning my calls.
