CRACKS near front bedroom slides

I was told by the dealer that these crack are the results of a broken weld on a support inside the camper walls. We have a 2014 George Washington 5th wheel. Did anyone have this problem and how did you get it fixed? Insurance ran out after I year, extended warranty wont cover structural issues only mechanical.
Stuck here with a problem.....ANY ADVISE

Pictures and an exact location would be helpful. Some cracks are relatively common, others may be structural. More info needed.

That is not uncommon. Here is a link on it.
If you do a search for stress cracks you will come up with more info.

This is a common issue and many units have an 'H' trim piece to provide stress relief to prevent such cracks. However the problem could be more serious due to excess flex. My 2011 was repaired under warranty. You can see pics in the link in my signature. There are also ways to measure the amount of flex to see if reinforcement is needed. Send me a PM for details.

When ours was at the service center they always do a stress test on the RW's to check and ours came back fine. After a nasty bridge joint last year that gave us a good bounce this appeared. very common problem if you look and see there is only about 4-5 inches on ours in that area. I knew from day one it was only a matter of time. Just a bad design in those areas.

Here's how I fixed mine. It was only the fiberglass cracked not the structure under. The "H" trim from Lowes cost $4-5 for an 8' piece, cut through fiberglass with a Dremel tool, carefully pried the glass off of the wood enough to slide trim under with some adhesive, & used touch up paint on the trim, it's been there 2 years & no more cracks. My last 5er did the same on the top corner of the slide.

THANKS,
I plan to take mine apart Monday and I know a certified welder who can do the job.
I have asked for a print but as of today no reply.
Happy Camping and who know we might run in to each other later.
We have a camping trip planned in September to round Top, tx.
Again thanks

Jack up the hitch pin
If the jack lifts the pin more than 3/4 of an inch before the landing gear leaves the ground then you have a frame issue. This is according to lippert.

I had to bring it to a rv collision center. They took the underbelly off and found that the aluminum post (similiar to a 2x4 in our houses) weld had broken. The fix will be to re-weld and add a brace. Naturally we are out of warranty andtrying to get the factory to label this as manufacturing defect. The estimate is $2500.00 - $3000.00

Exactly my thoughts! And it doesn't look like the tack was even successful. They are a couple new brand rvs on the market that are supposedly be built better. I hope it puts pressure on the whole industry.

PDF attachment from Lippert (LCI)

This is the attachment supplied from Lippert but it does not tell you what is a good measurement (acceptable flex) or a bad one. They have also asked me to supply axle information, frame serial, date of purchase and sales sheet and pictures. They do not have a service rep in Canada so I asked Lippert what is the sense of giving them all this information? It's a mute point. I asked what is a go / no go measurement.
PS - Crossroad have not responded to any of my inquiries.

A = Pin box side plate intersection with rear tube for pin box.B = Most forward point on fillet (intersection of the flange and web of the I-beam) of I-beam on frame. It is imperative the technician uses the same point on both sides of unit in both upper deck and lower frame areas as described above.DOOR SIDE1.
