Hello fellow Crossroad owners. New to the site, and have a problem. I have a 2007 Cruiser SK30. We use our rv in Canada in the summer and live in it in Florida for the winter, has never been in freezing temps. The roof is starting to sag about an inch on the section where the air conditioner sits. The water from theA/C has always ran off the back of the rv and have never seen any visible water or moisture inside the trailer.Has anyone else heard of this problemwith Crossroad products. I would assume this is a warranty issue, but would like to get some imput from other rv'ers before I haul it back to the dealer. Thanks for any help.

I have the samemodel and don't have that issue. If it sags enough to start pooling the drain water "around" the A/C unit instead of running off, now that would bea real problem. Can you push up on the unit from inside? It is certainly something I would have the dealer address. Please keep us posted.

I am with Stan, if it starts pooling water you are going to have an issue. I would take it to the dealer as a warranty issue and see what they say. If they say it is not a big deal make them put it in writing in case you have problems after the warranty runs out.

If it is sagging and you can push it back up it sounds like the framing may have come un-done. I would get it back to the dealer.

You made me look at mine while up there today.

Mine ddoes have a slight sag - about a 1/2 inch. I had a Sunnybrook prior and there a dip, too. I think it's the static weight sitting on the plywood that causes it.

If you have had no leaks, no issues and everything seems attached I would simply have it noted in your warranty file, you have a 5 year structual warranty.

Just a note to finish my roof problem issue. It appears the metal framing sagged due to failure of the framing. Sent Randy some pictures and he repaired it for free when I took it back to the factory. Because of the two large cutouts for the slidesin the main part of the trailer, he suspected this was the problem. It was out of warranty for two years and they still repaired the problem. Nice to know they stand behind their products and Randy was very nice to work with. Happy camping again !!!

Had a similar problem with the roof on our 07 30sk only it was above the bedroom slide. Took it to the factory last summer and it was repaired at no cost. This type of problem is covered under the five year structural warranty.

I just noticed yesterday that ours has a sag between two rafters on one side about 1ft square on the side above the sofa area slideout. No signs of leakage or pooling. But since we are not the original owners I think all warranties are out the door...Live to far from factory to have it checked...Will keep a lookout...
