I guess I'm not sure what a care package is?????????
When ever we purchased a new rig, our dealer threw in a few things like sewer hose, fittings, water hose, and some misalliances stuff like that. Is that what you are referring to?

I was told a couple weeks after they send in all your warranty registration and stuff but we will see.

It's that whole 12 point promise thing Lloyd. You know the great deal you get instead of that second year of warranty.

Well it has been seven months since I bought our 305SK, I haven't seen any care package yet. Are you suppose to call and tell CR that you bought a camper to get the package?

Tommy, your dealer sends in all thepaperworkfor the warranty on your trailer to Crossroads. As long as they did that Crossroads should have sent you this "care package" as soon as they received it. I would think seven months after the purchase and still nothing would be a bitexcessive.

Didn't we send out Care packages years ago to those in need in foreign countries? "Here is your warranty information Mr/Ms Consumer. Also a timble of touch-up paint and a load of broken promises. Oh yes, finally, a can of evaporated milk".

Its right there printed out. If you purchase a Coach..not trailer..not 5th wheel...lol..perhaps the Easter Bunny will be dropping off a little brown package.. you need to trade up to a Motor Coach...

I would love to hear what the actual contents are of this package if/when you get it. I imagine a bunch of free samples and a small roll of TP. Nothing but a crummy commercial. My dealer gave me a box called a starter kit and to be honest the most useful thing in that box was the small roll of TP.

Well according to the warranty the "care kit" contains the items below. So has any new owner received their kit that was part of their "promise"?

<h3 style="margin: 25px 0px 15px; font-weight: normal; font-size: 20px; line-height: 20px; color: rgb51, 51, 51; text-trans: uppercase; font-family: LeagueGothicRegular, Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;">NGV OWNERS CARE KIT</h3>Generated by Retail Warranty Registrations, an Owners Care Kit gets mailed out to every new CrossRoads owner. The kits include items like caulk, roof sealant, soap, wax, a tire pressure gauge and other items to help maintain a healthy coach.

Recieved mine recentally after several phone calls, emails from CR in the mail. Sealant, wash and wax, touch up stick for interior wood, tire pressure guage, 6month check up certificate, think thats it. If you pm me, I will give you the name of the employee who finally understood what I was talking about.
I have a previous thread about this, part of the "12 point promise" promise.

Just spoke with crossroads. They said this was an idea at first then went far right and are no longer following they with it. This upsets me grately. If they have it advertised right on their web under their "12 step" program isn't this terms for false advertisement?! They should come up with something else now to satisfy their customers who have spent very good money on their products!!

I would try not to get to upset over it. That little bit of c**p they were going to put in their care package didn't amount to much anyway.
Certainly don't worth any stress. Just chalk it up to the experience of doing business with CR these days.

I know it prob dont add up to much but for them to advertise something who spent almost 40k on one of their products to be sh*t on is not right. I can already this 12 point promise is a joke.
