Interesting that the article mentions Crossroads and Redwood several times, as if they are the same company. I think that solves the question of whether or not they are separate companies.

I know they are the same, Crossroads does all the maintenance on my Redwood in a Crossroads dealer service center that doesn't even sell Redwoods. My 5 year warranty says that I have to get it inspected yearly by a Crossroads Service Center or the warranty is void.

This is some great prices at Camping World which is one of my options for warranty work. They are a Crossroads Service Center in my area.
