This Group is amazing!…Wife and I started in July of this year with a 2015 ST32RL with NO experience, except friends who "got" us into this!…Post Office Letter Carrier, Nashville born and raised, now back living, will retire in 3 years, but wanted an interest for me an wife of 35 years…we found it!…NEVER, have we met the finest folks than other campers, whether on this forum or in the RV community…..have served my country many years of my life and comradery in what ever capacity I have served in this is very "Special" for this old South Nashville "Hill-jack"….I will have more "strange" questions, please just "bear" with me!..Sorry for clogging up the Forum, some things just need to be said…..Thank you all…..Gary and Brenda….

I am glad you enjoy this forum. It is not only a great group of people, but also a source for lots of good information. RVing is a great lifestyle. My husband and I are retired and we spend at least half of our time in our trailer, either in Florida for the winter or traveling around. We meet so many nice people at campgrounds, and no matter where we are, whether it is in Florida, out west, or at a nearby music festival, we are "at home" in our own digs.

Eventually you will gain enough experience to be able to weigh in on other people's questions, and no matter how long you RV, you will probably always have more questions!

Glad to have you aboard...If you like the RV life style so far, you should give a rally a try...I have a couple in mind...First is the "Mason/Dixon Bunch", that rally is held every year in October in Virginia. The second is in Louisiana. It is held a couple of times during the year "2015 Louisiana Gulf Coast". Both are listed in the rally thread of this forum, and both are fairly close to you...

The factory rally in Indiana is really cool as you get a factory tour and meet people from Crossroads.

I can tell you we also started out on this forum as complete newbies back in 2011 when we bought our first tt, a zinger. I found some great friends here and nervously went on my first rally that fall. It was the mason Dixon bunch. We have been every year since (even though we are a member of the SOB group now). I quickly found there was nothing to he nervous about as we made many wonderful friends who also have become somewhat adopted grandparents to our dd. I highly encourage joining in on the rallies.
