Anyone been in contact with the CrossRoads "parts person" lately. I triedAustin Foster (afoster@crossroadsrv.com) and my e-mail was returned. He may no longer work for CrossRoads.

Terry is in customer service. Austin Foster is or was the Cruiser parts person.

The e-mail address you used for afoster was correct. I used it in the past when I needed to order parts for my 30SK. I would call CR and ask the operator if Foster is still there. I think that would be the fastest way to find out if he still works for CR, and if not who is the new parts guy or gal. IMHO

I called for parts today and was told they no longer sell parts, I would have to go through dealer. I have ordered parts before I even ordered a Seville front decal for a freind. If CR has stooped this low then us who do our own repairs are screwed.

That sucks, I do not have a dealer near me. to order parts.... I guess they are trying to run every one off and discontinue the Cruiser and other lines for their Rushmore brand

can locate some dealers for you.</span>So I contacted the dealer and they want</span>$433
plus about $30-$40 for shipping, plus tax for a wheel. I found a new wheel for $115.00 and free shipping and no tax. - same wheel manufacturer. Either CrossRoads has a big mark up on wheels or the dealer does.</span>

Same old story different day.Their customer service and Q/C is all but gone. I have heard they are having a big turnover in the work force and I can see why.
