CrossRoads Seville slideouts

My wife and I are planning on retireing in a few years and plan on RV'ng with a fifth wheel. I have been doing a lot of research on different manufacturers of fifth wheel but I always return to the CrossRoads Seville FW. My only concern is the slideouts. Are they electric or hydraulic and if electric are there any major issues I should be concern about?

They are Electric as I know it and I have had no issues with mine nor have I heard of any.

We have an 04 Crossroads Silverado that we have been snowbirding in for 5 years and have never had a slide out issue and our slideouts are electric.

We have an 09 Seville VF35CK and we love it. The only issues we have had were minor, and fixed under warranty no questions asked. Last year was our first season in it, and we racked up a total of 50 nights in it. The slides never gave us any cause for concern. We did notice that some other trailers had faster landing gear operation, but thats about it.
