Mike & Sandi,
It is great to know that you and your dealer finally got hooked up with a CR rep who took the time to pull your actual file. Having been to the factory and in the warranty/service offices, I can assure you that they have files on all of us. Therefore, it is more apparent that your first experience was with someone who could care less about his job, his company or you (the most important person in the equation). As you noted, our CR units are not original to CR but as assemblage of parts. Let's hope your first rep. has gone on to another area.

Thanks for the update and information. It is nice to know that your dealer has worked so hard in your favor.

It is not that we are jumping on you or your dealer, it is more that we have seen trend on here of owners thinking their dealerships were fighting crossroads for warranty only to find out the dealership never really tried to help. Our answers were based upon experiences and not having all the facts from you. That said, it is pretty common in the rv industry to see the individual items (ie stove etc) covered by the item manufacturer and not the rv manufacturer. It is definitely a different world in the rv industry from the auto industry's that is not necessarily a good thing. The auto industry also has a better quality control then the rv industry. Good luck and I hope all is settled to your satisfaction soon.

On a side note just heard from G Man that he has got nearly all the slide repaired and now working no less then 40 other repairs waiting to be completed.

Thanks, LeBo, I was wondering about his status the other day. Hope he gets repaired and home before his fishing season starts.

Has Crossroads changed the warranty yet? I won't buy another rv from them until they do. I've owned three and looking to upgrade very soon I might just have to look somewhere else.

yeah but watch out if it delaminates within a week or two of the 2 year warranty..have any of you been told the exterior must be checked annually at your expense and registered by the dealer to Cruiser in order for the warranty to be valid...I was not and now we will be putting out a lot of money for a 2012 unit ...urrrrrrrrr
