Hi,
We are the first year tariler user and seeking for some help here.
My husband was trying to de-winterise the trailer. Sowhat hedidwas pluged our house hose into city water tank and turned on the pump, but the water seems go nowhere once we turn on the faucet. Did we miss some steps here?
I also tried to call the dealer to find someone who can do it for us, unforturnately, all the dealer are busy until August.

Start with the Make, Model, and year of trailer so we have an idea of the setup..

Oh, turn the pump off. It only is used when using the fresh water tank, not city water.Edited by: avvidclif

If you are filling the fresh water tank and trying to use the pump, you may need to check the winterizing valve on the pump inlet to make sure it is still not in the winterizing position.
