Dinette replacement

I have a 2011 cruiser and thinking about removing the dinette for something more useful. It's too small for us to use effectively. Would like to replace with a fishing free standing tables and folding chairs or a desk.
Had anyone here done this?
Pics?

Thanks

My first 5th wheel had a booth...Our second 5th wheel, also the one we currently own, has a free standing table and chairs...I personally like the booth better...Just a matter of personal preference....IMHO...

We like the booth better cause of the storage underneath.but whatever works best for you!

On my '04 Cruiser, I built a U shaped unit, computer chair in the middle with desk in place of both seating areas. Also book case storage under the window. Each desk also had an extension for use with folding chairs. Sorry, no pics.

One thing you have to keep in mind is how well a different dinette would travel. Ours has a table and 4 chairs and the table is fixed to the floor. If it weren't, I am sure it would move all over the place.

We also like the booth better because of the storage, but our trailer does not have that.

I prefer the free standing tables and chairs. . Have enough storage space.

Just remember, what will do when you go to trade or sell it.

We replaced the booth dinette in our 04 29RK with a 36" round table with 4 chairs and it worked well for us. I stored the parts to the dinette and when we got ready to sell the trailer I just re-installed everything. You can purchase additional tie down straps on the internet to use to secure the table and chairs.
