Dining light fixture

Hello! We are new this year to camper camping. We have a 2014 Zinger 26-BL. The light above the dining table has one bulb that has burned out and we cannot for the life of us figure out how to get it out to replace it. I'm sure it is something super simple but we are stumped.

Thanks!!!

If it's a regular automotive bulb, (which it looks like in your pic) you gently push up on it and turn to the left. They are spring loaded and that is the reason for pushing them in a a little so they can release.

Hopefully somebody with a camper like yours will chime in here.

It may be a wedge base then and just pull straight out.

Thanks for your response. We have tried pulling straight down, pushing up and twisting counterclockwise, twisting like a regular light bulb and gently wiggling. Nothing is working. There are two of these in this fixture and neither will budge as well as a single one on the wall between the table and sofa and it won't budge either.

Can you hold a flashlight on the base of the bulb up in the shade and take another picture that has more light?
I still think it's an automotive style bulb.

The new photo confirms it an automotive type bulb, it's probably gotten hot & semi welded itself in the socket so you may have to get forceful, push up & turn. If the bulb part spins then you'll need to pull it off & push/twist the metal base out with pliers, be sure switch is off, it's only 12 volts but enough to scare the crap out of you.

Thank you! I put on rubber coated gardening gloves to protect my hand if it broke and I was able to get it to come out. 😁
