Have a new ST25RB and the A/C is blowing cool air...not cold. Unit runs continuously during the heat of the day. I see condensation and the unit internals are very clean. Compressor does run and cycles at night...not during the day though. Any ideas? Thanks!

Take it back to the dealer and have it checked.

How hot is it where you are camping? Do you have the fan speed set to high during the day?

South Mississippi. 90 and humid. Yes, we have the fan speed set high. Fan works fine but I'm not seeing the 20 degree delta between trailer temp and A/C air. Trailer temp is 85, so I should be seeing ~65 degree air. Not close to that.

When the temps are in the low 90s our unit will cool things down about 10-14 degrees. It will run continuously during the day to do it sometimes. We have the 15K ac and our camper is 33' with one big slide. And when it is humid, you can take a shower under the gutter drip spouts!
