There is no electric furnace. The only electric heat is from the fireplace. you are just running the fan.

I thought my electric heater didn't work right so I just used the gas but I was mistaken. You need to let the electric heater run awhile and you will notice the heat will start coming up from the same vents the gas heaters use not the roof air. My guess is the roof air circulates the heat through the vents when it finally warms up. I didn't figure this out until the end of my winter camping last year, my last two trips last year it was in the upper 30's at night and the electric heater performed perfect. It would have saved me a lot of propane if I would have figured it out sooner.

that was it Ken!….just wait a little longer and "BOOM", the heat heats UP and comes out the vents like the gas mode……Jason, the fireplace is also a good source of heat, but I had the sleeper out with my Grand-angels sleeping on it, otherwise it's a go!……thanks to all!……..Gary

No problem I am glad it's working, I do suggest pointing the roof vents away from you in the bedrooms. That's what we do and we sleep very comfortable at night.

My apologies, My unit is a couple years older. I do not have an electric furnace. Glad yours works. I can see where that would be very useful.
