Electric Rear Stabilizer Jacks

Has anyone experienced this issue?

My electric stabilizing jacks are not deploying at the same rate. Usually both jacks came down simultaneously. The none motor side stops half way down. The motor side continues to the ground. Once the motor side is on the ground the other side continues down. I have noticed that the motor slides in a square housing tube when the non-motor side jack is moving down. Is this normal. I have not noticed this is the past. All parts have been maintained and lubed.

Same here. One side is always faster.

The side moves that has the least resistance. It operates on equal pressure and not equal distance. On my last TT, I screwed the center floating carrier to the stabilizer frame. This changed the operation to equal distance. By making that change I could use the stabilizers to do minor leveling with the use of appropriate Lego blocks. I know this would give the manufacture a heart attack.
