I have them but to stabilize only. I would not use them to raise the trailer off the wheels. I do lift the trailer maybe an eighth to quarter inch just to snug them since they are self leveling (rear) and it takes just a little snug to get then equal.

There is a self leveling complete system called BigFoot that can lift the entire trailer off the wheels but they are mounted directly by the wheels not on the back or front.

I have the electric stabilizers and the eliminators for movement, both work really good, a friend of mine who has a Big Horn 5th wheel has the big foot system, very impressive, will lift the wheels off the ground, and he has no movement, they are pricey if my unit wasn't so old I would think really seriously about them, he had them installed after hegot the unit and I think it was right around 4K to do the whole job....

We have the electric rear stabilizers. They are far better than the scissor jacks. Provide much better stability.

Everytime I see people hasseling with the sissor jacks, I am thankful for the convienence of the electric jacks. We got them as an option and they were worth every penny. They don't take weight off the tires, but do help stabilize.
