Does anyone have trouble with not enough power in the lower area of 5th wheel, Kitchen dining, living area? It appears the lower area of mine is all on one 15 amp breaker. and always trips my breaker when making Breakfast. Coffee maker, Toaster, microwave , TV , all on one breaker.

I have the same problem. Ten or eleven outlets on one circuit. Ihave a spare breaker in my 5er. I have also suggested to CR to separate the circuit. This summer I am going to check with CR about separating the kitchen from the rest, how I could do it.

A toaster (4 slice) a coffe pot (starting to make coffee) and the mico wave on at the same time exceeds 15 amps. Putting the micro wave on it's own circut helps the best.

I spoke to Randy today about separating the outlets. I was told they don't have a wiring diagram for the trailers, but he would check with engineering tomorrow. He said that everything but the microwave in the rear of my 5er is on one circuit. Thats 10 outlets and the refrigerator. He also said that the kitchen and slide outlets should be able to be separated from the rest of the circuit. He is going to call me back tomorrow after talking with engineering, and making sure what he told me is correct. He also told me that they could do it for me if I wanted, at the factory. Will update tomorrow after talking to him again.

Well, I had a long talk with Randy today. He said he spoke to engineering yesterday and they said they like to have no more than 8 outlets on a circuit.I have 10 plus a refrigerator and converter. He told me to find some time and bring my 5er to the factory and they will separate the outlets. They will take the outlets and refrigerator in the one slide off of that circuit.

I am also supposed to send some pictures and a listof other items that are wrong with my 5er, for him to see. Heseems concerned with the problems I have with my unit.

Both Randys (Nielsen and Mischler) are outstanding. They seem committed to a quality product and customer satisfaction. I am sure they will make it right.

Speaking of electricity, I saw AC/DC in concert Monday night. WOW, what a concert these guys put on. They are well into their 50's (Brian Johnson lead singer age 61), but they still get it done. The audience was a surprise to, there people in their teens - sixties attending. It took me two days to get my hearing back, but it was worthit!!Anyone else on the forum get to see the black ice tour?

Oh, yea. I had a floor seat, 5 rows from the front too!!

Denny,

That's awesome you got to see AC/DC live. Idid the same thing only back in 197......something. AC/DC was the opening act for KISS, sounds like they are as goodnow as they were back then.

I'm going to do that this up coming spring. We have four empty spaces. I will be separating Kitchen, Bedroom, Ent. Center & Dinning area (if I can?). Brother-in-Law is an Electrician so...... I think We can, I think We can, I hope We can! Also want to add outlet in basement.
