Emergency window foam is wet

Hey,
So I had a leak in my 2014 Sunset 29 SS. It was coming in from the emergency window. We removed all windows in the slide added new self sealing gaskets, caulked etc

I have been in the window business a long time.

The emergency window- the black foam between the inner Frame and outer Frame gets wet at the bottom of the window when it rains. Can’t understand how from the new self sealing gasket to the caulking we applied.

My only reasons there is a crack in the metal window frame some where.

Obviously this is not normal correct ? This should not be getting wet correct ?
