To me yes. There's a lot of electrics and slides that could give you problems down the line. I got Good Sam's ESP. It covers a lot. But a lot of others say just put that money aside for future repairs. You'll get many different opinions on here but do your research and what ever is best for you, do it.

I never ever buy the extended warranties on anything. However, when I bought my 25RB and found I only had a 1 yr warranty, I bought an extended warranty. Supposedly good for 7 yr bumper to bumper with a $100 deductible. Being that it is all electric I figured a motor somewhere is bound to fail. I hope not, but...

Where did you purchase yours from?

I got some quotes:

7 years - $1,597 </span>WholesaleWarranties.net. $100 deduct</span>
</span>
2 years -</span>$929 Good Sam $200 deduct</span>

Got it from the dealer. It's called "XtraRide". IIRC it was just under $1500. Can't vouch for how good it is because have'nt used it. Dealer highly recommended it.

I'd would like to know too. Like I said, I have never used it but sounds good on paper.

The "XtraRide" for $1500; how many years did that cover? My dealer is quoting $2500 for 60 months with a $100 deductible which he will wave if I bring my service needs to him.

The dealer can sell you the extended warranty a lot cheaper than what they quote. That is why they push them so hard, they are makinga killing off them. I bought a new Flagstaff in 2009 and my dealer threw the Xtra Ride 7 year $100 deductible warranty in with the deal. He said his cost was 700 bucks, but at that time the list price on it was around 1400 bucks. So, he was basically doubling his money on the ones he sold. As far as whether the Xtra Ride was a good warranty or not, I don't know. I kept the camper 2 years and never had to take it back for anything.
