Just picked up our new crossroad cruise and there is a remote no directions on how to use this.

Hopefully it is programmed. Ours had to b programmed during PDI. Push the on button and use the up down buttons on the one side to scroll through items you can adjust. Slides all should be connected. Awning is on there and the exterior scare light. May also have the rear electric jacks connected. You will need to figure out which ones are hooked up in your unit. If not programmed it can be done where the control box is located - usually front storage depending on your type of unit. Here's a link.

Thank You I'll try this. we have a 2013 Cruiser Patriot and everything works with the control box just thought the remote would be nice. Thanks again

The remote is actually a really nice feature. I can walk around the TT and watch and do everything while using it. Fortunately mine was programmed already. I have noticed that sometimes I need to move just a bit or point it a different direction to get it to work properly.
