Shawn Unless you really load that thing down it should be fine the carring capacity on the camper is a whopping 3259 i find it hard to believe you could have that much stuff id have the trailer weighed when ya get your stuff in it to give you an idea what ya have going down the road!Im gonna guess at 1200 lbs +the 3984 dry weight .Thats a little guy just take it easy on the hills and dont take everything and the kitchen sink youll already have oneHappy camping!!

I think that's sound advise. If you are not living in it full time you can select what you take with and stay in a safe weight range. Enjoy it! you'll love it!

Shawn - you do have a point. But as the others told you, you can't depend on the RV dealers and salespeople to guide you, especially when it comes to your truck's abilities.

Those RV sales guys could care less really because they want to make a sale.

When we first started looking for a trailer, I bugged the heck out of everyone I knew about trailer weights, truck towing limits and the internet until I was absolutely certain I could tow what I wanted to buy.

We all hope it works out for you with the truck and trailer.

Hey Just wanted everyone to know that we pulled it home Friday. Did okay. we had heavy wind so wasn't able to pull it very fast. Did 60 and boy she was a swaying. Thanks for all of your support.

Hey Shawn, Congrats on the new rig. If its any way to ease your pain, I use to pull an old Sunline TT 15 foot, that thing was 3500 lbs. dry weight. I use to pull it with an Astro vna by chevy. Thevan only had a SIX in it.
