Feeling Much Better

So my 2013
Sunset Trail has been home finally for more than a week without any problems.
After the dealership having the camper for more than 4 months it’s nice to see
it in the back yard. CR did extend my warranty for another 6 months and gave me
some nice products to keep me happy. Still not happy with the time frame for my
dealership to receive parts, but over all very happy and can't wait to go
camping again. I am still going out there almost every day to check on it to
make sure everything still works. I guess I’m just OCD.</span>

I'm glad Crossroads steped up and helped you and extended your warrenty.

Hopefully they will get to the point in the their QA where they don't have to hold a unit for months to fix something that took about 1 day to build on an assembly line.

Nice to see they "extended" their warranty to cover the issues you've had.

Glad to hear Crossroads stepped up and "extented" the warranty and hope that their QC dept and mngmt deptsteps up to avoid these problems in the future...

I agree ...SLOW the line down a bit and give the workers a bit more time to do a GOOD job and the end result will be less warranty work and returns to the "factory" that alot of us cannot do anyways.

Pay an hourly rate ...not a per piece rate and the workers that builtd all the trailers could do a better job.

my opinion ...hope someone at the top actually reads these posts and not just getting their pay sitting in an office.....
