Few more questions on the new to us 2010 32bl

Well so far so good. The trailer has been an absolute joy with 2 short camping trips done. In two weeks we leave for Hilton head and I'm sure it will be a great trip. Lol due to previous experience I did replace tires though! I can assure you there is a wonderful tire shop in Princeton wv. Been there once and they have wifi.
Anyways some questions are
1. Still seems bouncy in the back with jacks down..... Should I just keep cranking? Any other tips? Last camper was a Winnie with hydraulics and that might've spoiled me in that dept.
2. Anyone added a 110volt outlet in basement? Be nice to have some items charging.
3. A project for later. There's some cracking in the sealants on the exterior of the trailer. What do you recommend with re applying and what kind of sealant? No moisture inside and I'd like tO keep that way. Cracks Are faint but still a concern.

Glad you are have few problems with your rv. I use x chalks between the tires to help eliminate rv movement. Rear stabilizers should be snug but not to raise the rv off the ground.
Dicor has a good line of exterior sealants. Chose the one for what ever purpose you need. Search - sealants - Camping World
Make sure you remove loose caulk and that it's clean. I usually tape the edge for a neat appearance when using new caulk.
110 project is fine.

Good luck.
