Last weekend was the first time we have had to use the AC since we bought our 5vr. Been a mild season here so far. It seemed to take a long time to cool the coach interior in relation to the outside temp. We were not in the coach for most of the afternoon / evening after arriving and setting up so we didn't realize something was up (other than the trailer wasn't to cool) until we came back and climbed in bed. Once settled downfor bed wenoticed the AC would kick on for about a minute to 90 seconds and then shut back off. Be off for a little while, and the cycle would repeat. I knew that wasn't right, up to investigate. Discovered the roof vent over the thermostat was pointed down and blowing DIRECTLY on the thermostat. Spun the vent to point toward the main coach area and problem solved. When the AC kicked in then it stayed on! Coach then quickly cooled down. I felt like such a maroon!!!

LOL!! Live and learn!!

Yep! That sounds about right and if she wears a sweater in the coach, then that proves it.

Lol. Thats funny guys!! But my money is on the Italian Greyhound. That pup is always cold and wears sweaters in the coach. Can see her reaching up with her little front paws.
