I have a 25' 2005 Zinger. When we opened it this spring, there was a puddle of water in front of the door. There didn't seem to be any damage after wiping up the water, however, this past week, while on a camping trip, we noticed that the floor under that area is spongy and giving way. Does anyone know what the floor is made of? The Crossroads information says plywood, but I doubt that would rot like this seems to have done. We're hoping for minimal repair. Any input to this problem would be appreciated.

It should be 5/8 tongue and groove.
