we used our ST27RB this past weekend . we filled the fresh water tank at our destination.

the guage registerd empty the whole weekend . we had plenty of water . i know it is covered under warranty . just thought there may be an easy fix to this problem that i am overlooking . the other guages (grey, black ) worked fine . any info appreciated

not sure if you have an underbelly that covers your tanks but if you dont check the wires that attach to the side of the water tank. see if any are loose or disconnected.

We have an ST29RL. Had the same problem - with the tank full the monitor reading was empty. I waited until we returned from a 5 week winter in Florida. By that time I had a couple of warranty issues and let them make the repairs. What they found was wiring problems directly behind the monitor (in the wall).
