front cap fading

I have a 2015 rezerve, front cap is starting to fade. Should I wax it or contact crossroads for a paint job? I purchased this camper new in January 2015. Thanks

If your are under warranty, contact Crossroads. If not, all the wax in the world will not stop it from fading..It's a defect in the gel coat.

Tell us about what you went through to get Crossroads to repair your front cap.

If I were you I would contact CR even if you are out of warranty...The worst they can say is NO...After all it is defect of material, which they should cover whether you are still under warranty or not...

First I took camper to Camping World in Chattanooga Tn. They turned in the problem and we waited atleast a month and Crossroads never responded. I decided to call them and I spoke with them about my front cap fading. They ask me to send pics and i did, then Camping world contacted them. within the week camping world had the ok to fix the front camp.

Glad to hear you had a good result to your front cap issue, just make sure after Camp World gets finished with it to ask them to pull out a ladder and inspect EVERY INCH of that cap before you sign off...I have been burned in the past for taking their word that the issue I had was fixed, only to have to take the issue to another facility to have it redone...
