Have you recently switched tanks? If so ,shut all tanks. Open stove valves, shut valves, reopen one tank slowly. Start stove burners for a bit. Then try furnace.

Blower should run before ignition. Check your 12 VDC fuse.

Harley I did what you said but when I furnace the thermostat to on, there wasnt any clicking as if the spark isn't igniting. Makes a ticking noise but it's not the spark that I'm accustomed to hearing.

Could the furnace be in "lockout mode"? I just replaced the thermostat in my camper and I had already turned the gas off for winter so when trying the new thermostat it would not start and when I realized the gas was off it was in lockout mode. I turned off the breaker to the camper power post and had already removed the battery so I had no power then waited about 3 or 4 minutes turned the power back on and Tried the furnace and it started. Don't know if this it what you have wrong but its something to check.

I will try that now, also just noticed the pilot light is lit at the base of tube but isn't pushing heat out. If it was in lockout mode, would the burners on stove still work, be a so they are at the moment

Kind of confused. Your furnace has a pilot light? And the stove lighting just means that you have gas available. Your furnace should be "spark ignition" and would not have a pilot light. You have a 2007 so the only thing that may have a pilot light would be the oven and stove top. My 05 Cruiser has a pilot light on the oven but that's it. The furnace is DSI -Direct Spark Ignition any you can not see the burner.

I just meant I can see the tube that runs up from the furnace on the outside holding area. It was lit out there a few moments ago and now it's not. I turned off power and turned back on and still nothing. I can hear the sparking down low but it seems it's not catching? And sorry but I'm just as confused and this is my first camper. Hope I'm giving enough detail.

What is the model of your camper? I have a Cruiser also and it is a 29ck. This may help me research your problem.

Ok here is what I found. On the outside in front of the kitchen slide there is a white square door that you open up and below that there is a "Chrome " rectangle with two openings. Where did you see the flame? The upper one that you open the door is the water heater and the lower one is the furnace . One hole on that is the combustion air inlet the other hole is the exhaust. The water heater door has a small "window" that is round and you can see the flame thru it.

Being your first camper.....you are not by chance looking at the water heater outside? What thermostat do you have?

Didnít see the post above mine. If Dometic thermostat, power the thermostat off, then back on. Thermostat is 12VDC. Killing AC power will not reset it. Mine has to be reset any time it runs out of propane.

It was the upper one, the white square box. I was under the assumption the water heater was on the back driver side in the bunkroom. I can see flames going into that one but not on the front above the chrome rectangle

It is a duo therm by dometic thermostat. I have already turned off an back on. Blower kicks on and I can hear clicking but no heat is coming out of vents. Just cold air. Temperature is set on 80 hoping to get it to work but nothing

Now I am really lost. A cruiser 30 sk is a 5th wheel with 3 slides and no bunkhouse.

As for killing the 110 power if you just disconnect the 12v and the camper is plugged in the converter will still be suppling 12v to the furnace. You still need to turn off the main breaker or unplug the camper to kill all 12v.

It's a 30sk 2 slide with 4 beds in back. I've already cut main breakers off so do I need to cut breakers off and disconnect battery. I am plugged into a 30 amp so maybe that as well?

What you have is a Cruiser 30QB. 2 slides with bunkhouse.

To reset the "lockout" turn off all 12v power so unplug or turn off main breaker and disconnect the battery. Wait a minute or two the reconnect the battery and turn the power. Make sure the Heat - off - cool switch is in the off position before you turn on any power. Then turn your switch to HEAT and adjust the temp all the way up. The blower should start then in a little while the furnace should light and you should get heat. If the blower runs for a couple minuets then shuts off the safety has shut it off again. Make sure your gas is on. Also if you just changed gas bottles light the stove and let it burn for a couple minuets to purge any air from the system.

Also Everyone has a first camper and is "new" so just ask and we will try to help. And your furnace is located under the refrigerator on the door side.
Hope this helps.

Yes you are correct, when I bought the camper it did say it was a 30sk. After looking it up it is a 30 30 QB. I turned off thermostat, unplugged battery, turned off breaker and shut gas off. Waited 5 minutes and hooked everything back up and turned everything on like you said. No go. I hear sparking underneath but no flame. Stove top I lit and ran for 3 minutes also before trying furnace. I am hooked up to campsite electricity but that wouldn't matter if I unplugged battery. Is there any other 12v connections besides furnace? Also i saw a pink wire inside where the battery is but it isn't connected to anything. Not sure what that is. Thank you for the kind words, I really appreciate it. I'm just get frustrated with what I bought ad our new home and we have no heat. I have 3 kids and this is the last thing I need.

You did everything correctly. Just so I understand correctly you turn on the furnace then raise the temperature and the furnace blower starts running then after a bit you can hear the igniter sparking but the furnace does not light and after a few more moments the blower shuts off.

On another note your camper has 2 electrical systems.
1 110v ac.
2 12v dc.

The 110v runs the ac - the microwave - the 110 outlets - the 110 side of your refrigerator - the 110 side of the water heater if equipped - And the converter that charges your battery.

The 12v side uses the battery to run the lights - the furnace - the thermostat - the igniter on the gas side of the water heater and the refrigerator - the stereo - and the booster on the tv antenna.

So if you are camping all the 12v things work without plugging into 110.
If you plug in to 110 -shore power - everything now works just all the 12v things are now being ran off the converter and the converter is also charging your battery.

Hope this makes sense.

Let us know what you find so others may join in so you can get the heat on for the yungins.
