Bought brand new Elevation 3612- lots of small issues. Right now Im trying to start the furnace but it wont ignite. The blower kicks on... and that it. Cant even hear the ignitor trying to light the furnace. The furnace is a sealed unit and I do not have access or have a clue how to get to it.

Any ideas.....

Thanks
Troy

And back to dealer you go. Hey even new units have probems. Hopefully they can get the bugs out. Good luck.

Sounds like a bad sail switch. Its on the fan on the furnace so you still have to access your furnace and I cant help you there. Double check your gas supply and tank valves, make sure regulater is pointing to open tank valve. Have thermostat set high to call for heat and in heat mod. I know you've done all that.Dealer should help you. good luck.
