Angry Heat and AC quit working Thermo is blank

I have a 2018 CrossRoads 262BH.
Has anyone ever lost their Heat and AC?
My thermostat is also blank.
There is no voltage going to the Thermostat.
Does anyone know if there is a re-set button anywhere?
I have checked and reset all circuit breakers.
I have pulled every fuse and checked for continuity....good!
Only 6 camping trips since I bought new.
Mrs. Nice is not happy.
Can anyone help?
National RV in Belleville,Mi where I bought my RV, won't even return my calls. They just want to sell RV's.

Pull the cover off the thermostat, there is often a fuse inside it.

Fuse

The previous reply is correct. I had the same issue and even though the fuse looks okay, replace it and it should work again.

Gotta LOVE RV sales companies. Once they have your money they drop you like a hot potato. They must work on a different system than Auto sales, as auto sale make their money on service and warranty work.

If somebody started an RV place that actually cared and serviced the units that they sell, on a tilmely basis I'm convinced they could make a fortune.

Sad when one must rely on forums to solve issues.

If it's not the fuse in the thermostat you might want to see if the inverter circuit breaker pop for the inverter is not working

Check AC circuit breakers

Your air conditioner works on AC power. There are no fuses, but circuit breakers. Check the circuit breakers. Your thermostat is normally powered by the AC, if the AC circuit breaker is tripped then you will get no power at the thermostat.
