One more thought came to me this morning....since fraud is involved, you might want to get the Attorney General’s office for the state of Washington involved. Illinois has a consumer fraud division within the AG’s office.

You mentioned gap and extended warranty coverage. Have you cancelled the coverage on the first trailer? If not, I would think you would still have sufficient time to cancel the coverage for a prorated refund of the premium. It would be interesting to see if the dealer cancelled the coverage and kept the refund for himself.

I don’t believe that apologies are necessary. For myself, I don’t like to see people taken advantage of. The industry has enough problems with inexcusable quality control. They don’t need the additional exposure of fraudulent dealers. Good Luck. You have a lot of people pulling for you.

Will get the attorney general general involved.
The dealership owner said warranty and gap were transferred over to to trailer #2.
BUT , I was charged twice. Nothing transferred over , or there'd be a + credit amount.

This entire situation has just been so much for me to endure by myself.

Interesting development with this 》 It appears other angry customers
are also hiring attorneys to go after this dealership , for a lot of the same reasons as myself.
This is turning into a Big Situation against them.
I was recommended to go outside my tiny community and hire an attorney because the few locals ones are very over burdened with that dealership.
I would personally think , we could file a joint class action law suit and nail this dealership all at once.
This is far from being over. I think it's just beginning.

I am wishing you the best. I don't understand how a business can be run like this. Clearly no care for customers at all. I am betting they won't be in business for long, hopefully long enough for you and others to claim satisfaction.

Thank you Jim , the owner is in the process of building a huge Rv.service center on an additional lot next store to the sales lot.
It will be interesting to see what transpires from multiple law suits being filed against this establishment.
I can't imagine how a business can do this to the public.

Sounds like he's got a deep pocket even if no business sense. Hopefully that means he has the assets to make everyone he has stiffed whole again. Still, I would try to get an early settlement to avoid getting what the littlest pig got. Too many plaintiffs and there may not be enough to go around. Just a thought.

New Attorney took Case. Multiple Fraud taking place. And then some.
This is a different lawyer from previous , he recently went after this dealership for fraudulent activity. So he was eager to take on case.
Meeting at 10 am friday.
Bring all my paperwork , and added info.
Hell review it , draft a bull dog letter , and hopefully make them comply to our demands.

I have to agree with Mark on this. We have allowed the discussion to continue longer then normal and now felt it was time to end it. Here is a copy of the forum rule. As bad as thie situation is, the forum really isn't the place to get accomplished what you need done. Good luck.
