At six pm on a Sunday, I sent a question to intellijacks about the system installed in my cruiser through thier webpage.

At 6:04 pm an email from Al Fricke hit my inbox with the answer to my question!

What a pleasent suprise! I wish everyone I dealt with provided service that fast!

My hat is off to Al, and the intellijack system!

Al has built his business on a quality product with outstanding customer service. When I had an issue with our LevelEase (the name before it was Intellijacks) Al drove down to San Antonio from his home about 90 miles away to check it out!

I have heard that Intellijack had excellent service. Another company with great service is FANTASTIC FAN. I had a problem with one of their fans and they walked me through the whole repair. AND BEST OF ALL YOU GET TO TALK TO A PERSON NO PHONE VOICE PROMPT
