I had some minor damage to my vent covers this summer . Wondering if there are dark smoke or blacked out covers available? The one is right over our bed would be nice if it was alot darker.

Like the one below?

If that does not make it dark enough you could cover the vent with a black vent cover.

There are smoked and black. Our Bedroom vent has smoked , but we use a vent pollow to stop all the light. Cost around $15 I think.I also don't think the entire vent has to be changed, just the dome.

I found the OEM replacement domes at my local dealer , but did not ask about smoked. I made a cloth cover tried to use stick on velcro to hold up but keeps falling off. Just wondering Hunter 11 if that cover has to be glued down or does it have to be screwed into roof and sealed ? Thanks for all your replies.

The black vent cover in the second link is screwed or bolted to the frame of the crank out vent.

You could always just paint the white ones.

Agree with FB. We use the vent pillow. Cuts out all the light and it just pushes up in and don't fall out. Then if you want extra light during the day. Just pull it out.
