Internet and Sat TV ????

Good morning from Fiddlers Cove Marina in San Diego!
I have a couple of questions about boosting internet signal and also satellite antennas. I've seen many devices that claim to boost your internet signal in and around your RV but, before I spend any money, I'd like some advice based on the groups collective experience.
Same deal with Satellite TV antennae, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Wish I had the answer but I don’t. I use to use Direct TV while camping. Now if I’m somewhere that has cable; fine. If not and I can’t pickup anything from regular antenna (mainly news) then I go outside and enjoy the outdoors.

I don't think there's beena place we couldn't get directv Sat...

and as far as Mobile Internet,
I use a verizon MiFi if I can't get a cell signal with the iphones or our Xoom tablet...
but, I know about 10% of what these guys do --> Technomadia | Adventures in Nomadic Serendipity

they can help

I have not purchased this yet. I have not had a reason yet to buy it. But I've researched it and watch youtube vids on it. It seems to be the best around for internet wifi.
Also, we use Dish network for our RV satellite tv. We use the Dish Playmaker satellite dish and usually just put it on the tripod and put it out away from the rig. Sometimes I'll put it on top of the slide out to get it out of the way. But have never had a signal issue with it.
