As soon as I get to speak with someone again about the install and get it in writing I will definantly pass it along. I do not want anyone to get injured over someting like this.

I HOPE , that we were an isolated situation!!!

Don't know how long it will take to get something resolved, everyone involved since this occured has been on vacation for the holiday weekend.

Jim, I know you are in a pretty stressful position with that mess, but if you could post on the thor forum to keep folks updated on your situation I'm sure it would be thoroughly appreciated. Seems like it's always better coming right directly from the source.
Hopefully you will get some help from the company before much longer.
