I just returned from service at Lazee Acres, I am very impressed, Kylee is the service Advisor, she was very helpful. I had a question about my hitch hookup and she had Brian come out to help me, he was very helpful, took measurements and decided my hitch was too high.He spent about an hour re adjusting and gave me a different drop receiver, End result, my drive back home I was much more comfortable, no more sway feeling. I just wanted to give them a positive review that they deserve.

I have had good service there too. Bought my Z1 in 2012, and my bil bought a used trailer from them on my recommendation. He is now looking at an upgrade. Josh in sales is very helpfull.
It's too bad they have given up on Crossroads poor service and warranty claims. They are selling Jayco now. Looks like a new Crossroads is not in my future as they were the only dealer around.
