Sorry to say that I am leaving the Crossroads family mostly due to failures through the months and the time to have them repaired (total of 5 months in shop). I was a first timeRV'r and bought my Cruiser Air CLF28sc 5th wheel last August, since that time pretty much every thing has failed including the slides which have a problemthat Crossroads knew about, and came out with an upgrade kit, butdidn't announce, of course until it failed. I took it back to where I purchased it for and where all my prior warranty work had been done and 3 months later it's still sitting on the lot. After two months of arguing back andfourth and working with the sales department, short of legal action, I was able to get out from this unit and go with another brand which I had researched. I have learned a lot from everybody here and a few really helped me out during some of the troubling times and I want to say thanks, but enough got to be enough.

Hopefully you have received decent support and understanding from the dealer. Good luck with the new unit and hope you can enjoy it.

Oh well, good luck, I know its frustrating, but, it happens. 5 months does sound excessive. we are on our 5 fiver... and there were kinks to work out in all of them, I have to admit, this Rushmore,,for 2 years , , well still working on getting things fixed. Refrig, cracked cap, and one lippert jack. We have come a long way
