Main Slide Stuck Open

I have a 2014 Hill Country and the main slide has been giving me trouble for a few months. It has not been sliding evenly and now it is stuck in the out position with the top leaning out. Can not get it to slide either way. Both motors are running but it seems to be jammed. Any ideas? I cant even find the manual crank to try it. Please Help!!

You didn't state what slide mechanism was in your trailer, so I can only assume it's the Schwintek slide.

If you do a search on the forum you should find a lot of threads pertaining to problems with the Schwintek slide

We had that problem and it turned out to be water damage in the slide due to not enough sealant applied during construction. They had to rebuild the entire slide at the factory.

Try the other thing Lloyd suggested first though, as this is an easy fix if the motors are just out of sync.
