We took our 07 SK out fora trip this year.

First we got strips of dirt/rust/oil on our carpet. Looks like something came off the slideout rollers.

Has anyone had a similar problem? We can't get the stain out. Any suggestions.

Also our AC/Furnace will not turn on. Don't know if it's the 'stat or the AC Control Board. Any suggestions.

Alsothe lino on the floor by the bathroom is bubbling. Any idea on the cause. I think that I'll just glue it back down. I'm not sure that this is a good thing since the old glue will still be there.

Finally, my rear axel is splayed out. Ruined two tires. This is an 07 model with less han one month's total time on it. Axel peole say too bad it's off warranty. Who should I talk to at Crossroads?

You can try oxiclean on the carpet.

Check the breakers and then the 12v fuses for the AC/furnace. The controls run on 12v.

depends on the size of the bubble but the floor is ussually only glued at the edges.

The axle should be under warranty for two years to the original owner. Did you buy it new from the dealer? if not talk to the dealer.

You can also try Shout! clothes pre-treater on the carpet. Check underneath to see if you need to clean the slide unit parts. Did you have your battery connected properly and all fuses/breakers in correctly?

The lino is not glued except at the edge, so that's not a big deal. Axles are a Lippert issue, your dealer should go to bat and take care of this. If not, contact Randy M. at the Crossroads service center.

Make sure you are not running your A/C while spraying carpet cleaner... I did this and it shut my A/C down for like 8 hours. Not sure what tripped while doing it, but it did and worked the next morning fine. Strange...

Try everything you can on getting the axle looked and try to get replaced, however, a good truck/trailer alignment shop can adjust them back into line. I had some problems with mine and for less the 200 bucks pulls true and no wear abnormal on the tires.

Once you get the carpet cleaned you can use Slide Out Slickers to keep the rollers from staining it again. We have some friends that use them and they work great.

I also have the black marks on my carpet. Went and looked under the kitchen slide and the black tar looking paper is what is making the marks, it is cracked and sticking to the carpet I thought it was white under there so went to the bedroom slide and that is where the white is. Glad I looked as there I found the sliding wheel/rollers have gouged the plastic, quite deep, as it goes in and out, but only on the right side roller, the left is Ok. Went to the dealer, he did not know what was happening for either one, would cost to take the slides out to find out why this is all happening. My unit came with no rollers under the bed and the slide fell in so we had that fixed right away at the start. So now I am wondering are the rollers not holding, do they get out of line with use. Anyone else have this problem. Wondering what would happen if I get under the kitchen slide and put some duct tape on the tar colored paper bottom. Thanks for the help
