I use a wireless thermometer in the fridge. The ones designed to measure outside temps. Lets you monitor fridge and freezer temps if you have two transmitters without opening the door. I usually have to run fridge on lower settings and have never lost any meat.

Is it me, or does meat just not taste as good after it's been frozen?
